Text Pin

When the content in the clipboard is text, you can use the Text Pin feature to pin the text content to the screen.

Plain Text

Plain text refers to text without any formatting. Usually, text copied from input boxes, Notepad, and Sticky Notes in various software is plain text without formatting.

HTML

HTML text, also known as rich text, refers to text with formatting such as color, size, font, etc. Usually, text copied from web pages, Word, WPS, VS Code, etc., is text with HTML formatting. If HTML text is copied, the pin will try to restore the original font size, color, and other formats as much as possible.

Ignore Format

When the content of the pin is HTML formatted text, you can use "Ignore Format" in the right-click menu to ignore the HTML format and convert the HTML formatted text to plain text.

Text Selection Mode

If you want to copy a certain segment of text in the text, you can enter the text selection mode via "Text Selection Mode" in the right-click menu. After entering the text selection mode, you can select text with the mouse, press the copy shortcut to copy the selected text, or hold the left mouse button to drag it to other software. TIP

In text selection mode, you can hold the Alt key to drag the pin without selecting text, or drag the pin directly in an area without text.
