Usage
Image Translation
Image translation can be started in the following three ways:
Shortcut Translation After taking a screenshot, press
Ctrl + Qto quickly translate.
Pin Right-click Menu After pinning, Right-click Menu -> Translate.

Screenshot Toolbar After taking a screenshot, click Extension on the far right of the toolbar -> Translate.

Text Translation
Text translation is suitable for the following scenarios:
- Precise selection of content to be translated: When only part of the text needs to be translated, it is difficult to precisely select the area with a screenshot, while copying text allows free selection of any length.
- Avoid complex background interference: When the text is surrounded by too many images, advertisements, or other visual elements, the accuracy of image translation recognition will be affected, and text translation is more reliable.
- Translate ultra-long text: When you need to translate a large paragraph of text that exceeds the screen display range, copying text is more convenient than multiple screenshots and stitching, and the translation coherence is better.
Usage: Directly copy the text content to be translated -> Press Ctrl + 2 for text pinning -> Then press Ctrl + Q to translate.

Custom API Key
PixPin's translation function is based on cloud services and requires configuring the API key of the translation service.
- Member Users: No configuration required. You can use the translation function directly after subscribing to membership.
- Non-member Users: If you have your own translation service API Key (such as Baidu Translate, Youdao Translate, etc.), you can view the Setup Tutorial and follow the instructions to complete the configuration.
Hint
After customizing the API Key, the number of translations and quota depend on the quota provided by your API service provider.
Two Translation Effects Display
- Screenshot Translation largely retains the original background and font size (Red Circle).
- Text Translation unifies the background and font size (Green Circle).
