Account/membership
Sign in with Google, Apple, or email, manage your PixPin account and subscriptions, change email, review devices, redeem codes, and delete your account.
Use the Account/VIP page to sign in to your PixPin account, check membership and subscription status, and manage your email, password, and signed-in devices. Open the PixPin menu in the Windows system tray or macOS menu bar, select Configuration, and click Account/VIP on the left.
The page changes with your sign-in status: it shows the sign-in screen when signed out and your account page when signed in. There are no local options to save and no Restore Default button at the bottom.
Sign in and create an account
The sign-in screen offers these methods:
| Method | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Google, Apple | Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. PixPin opens a sign-in page in your browser and signs you in automatically once you finish there. If the browser does not open, click open it manually or copy the URL |
| Verification code | The default method. Enter your email, click Get code, enter the 6-digit code you receive, and click Sign in. You must wait 60 seconds before requesting another code |
| Password | Switch to Password, enter your email and password, and sign in |
If you do not have an account, click Don't have an account? Create an Account, receive a code by email, and set a password. Passwords must be 8–32 characters and contain both letters and numbers. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? and reset it using a code sent to your email.
Account information
After signing in, your avatar, nickname, and account ID appear at the top:
- Account ID: use this when contacting support. You can select and copy it directly.
- Hide Personal Info: replace the nickname and ID with
****, hide the email completely, and use the default avatar. This is useful for screen recording or sharing. PixPin remembers your choice; click Show Personal Info to restore the details. - Refresh: after purchasing or changing a subscription in a browser or on another device, click to retrieve your account and membership information again.
Membership and subscriptions
The card below your account information shows your current status. The badge at the upper left is Pro, Free, Trial, or Canceled:
| Status | Card contents |
|---|---|
| Free account | Upgrade Pro on the right opens the subscription window. If your account is eligible, Free Trial also appears below. Click it and confirm with Start Trial in the dialog; the trial length is shown there |
| Active subscription | The title shows the subscription type, such as Annual Subscription, and the card says that auto-renew is on and gives the next renewal date |
| Subscription trial | The badge is Trial, and the first renewal date is shown |
| Canceled subscription | The badge is Canceled, and the date until which the subscription remains active is shown. Member features remain available until then |
| Prepaid time | Shows the valid-until date; Renew on the right extends it. If you also have a subscription, prepaid time is used first, and subscription billing starts automatically when it ends |
| Lifetime Membership | The card title is Lifetime Membership, with no expiration date |
If you have a subscription, Manage Subscription appears on the right:
Click Manage Subscription. PixPin retrieves a management link and opens the subscription management page in your browser. If the browser does not open, click the prompt in the window to copy the URL and open it manually.
Change or cancel your subscription on the browser's subscription management page.
Return to PixPin and click Complete Management. The account page retrieves your membership information again.
For the features included with membership, see PixPin Membership.
Email and password
Your sign-in email and security settings are listed below your account information. The email is partially masked.
| Item | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Click your current email and select Change Email. Verify the current email first, then the new one. Use the new email to sign in afterward | |
| Password | Click Reset Password, verify the code sent to your email, and set a new password |
| Login device | Click Device Manage; see the next section |
Signed-in devices
The Device Manage window lists devices that have signed in to the current account. Each entry shows its host name and system version:
- Current device: the computer you are using. You cannot sign it out here.
- Active device: other devices used within the last 24 hours.
- Other devices show their last activity time, such as 3 days ago.
For a computer you no longer use or a sign-in you do not recognize, click Sign Out on that row to sign PixPin out on that device.
Redeem codes
When you receive a code, click Redeem Code, enter it in the dialog, and click Apply redemption code.
- On success, the dialog shows your new membership expiration date and updates the status card. Redeeming lifetime membership shows Redeem Success, you are a lifetime VIP now!.
- If you redeem a lifetime membership code while subscribed, the subscription is canceled automatically and the remaining time is refunded proportionally. The dialog provides the support email.
- If redemption fails, the message explains why: for example, the code is invalid, expired, already used, for new users only, unavailable in your region, or cannot be used by subscribers.
- If you already have lifetime membership, Redeem Code no longer appears.
