1.8.12 mainly enhances the thumbnail operation function and adds parameter settings of text pin, and fixes two serious issues affecting the use of 1.8.11 version bug (the text annotation has residual images)

Features/settings

  • [Function] Supports right-click to select thumbnail range
Thumbnail mode lets a large pin use just a small area of the screen.
  • [Function] Under thumbnails, press and hold Shift to drag the thumbnail content without changing the thumbnail position.
  • Select the visible areaRight-drag to keep part of the image.
  • Show only the selectionShift + left double-click restores the full pin.
  • Pan visible contentShift + left-drag; the window stays in place.
Default bindings are illustrated. The last two windows have the same size and position; only the visible source area changes. Selecting an area does not delete the rest of the image.
  • [Settings] Add action settings for double-click and middle-click when screenshot
The first five Windows options; the rest are omitted. An empty left field means no modifier is needed; None on the right means no binding. macOS shows ⇧, ⌘, ⌥, and ⌃.
  • [Settings] Add detailed settings for text pin, and can set various display parameters of text pin
Press F to switch between original formatting and plain text.
  • [Settings] Default screenshot mode changed to performance mode Performance mode has faster screenshot speed, and supports screenshot in HDR mode. If you encounter a situation where screenshot cannot be used, you can change screenshot mode back to compatibility mode and report the problem in user feedback
Windows only. HDR Screenshot Filter appears only when a display with HDR enabled is detected.

Improvements

  • [Optimization] No border is drawn when selecting rectangle annotation

  • [Fix] Fixed the problem of residual image when text is stroked
